Shot

I took Dean to the doc today for a shot.
Since we were there, I asked the nurse to weigh him real quick.

19lb, 10oz (95%)

He was fully dressed, but still. This boy isn't gettin any littler, that's for sure. He has officially outgrown Ava at 1 year!! She was 19lb, 6oz at her 12 month appt. Wow, that's insane. He's just shy of 5.5 months, for goodness sakes!

Anyway, he was a trooper today. When he had his shot last month, he cried. Today after the shot, he laughed. The nurse said that's a first for her. She said she's seen them cry, scream and do nothing...but he's her first laugher!

(I get monthly B12 injections and the same nurse does them every time. Sometimes they really sting and sometimes I feel nothing.)

I think my little guy got lucky this time around.
That really helps take the sting out of it for Mommy too. =)
